Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund. This means you can change your mind, no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, please:

- Provide your order number: This will help us quickly identify your purchase.
- Confirm your decision to cancel: Please let us know you wish to cancel your order and request a refund.
Please note:
- To be eligible for a full refund, you must not have started the course or accessed any course materials.
- If you have agreed to us registering you for NVQ assessment, the registration fee is non-refundable
- Once you’ve started the course, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Beyond the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
While we can’t offer a full refund after the 14-day period, we’re always happy to help. If you encounter any issues with your course, such as technical difficulties or content that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our support team.
We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include:
